§455. Television, films, radio

Any decision to televise, film or broadcast testimony shall be investigating committee
action. If the witness or his counsel objects to a decision to televise, film or broadcast
his testimony, his testimony shall not be televised, filmed or broadcast. [1975, c. 593, §3 (NEW).]
