      STATUTORY

AUTHORITY: KRS Chapter 13A, 44.080

      NECESSITY,

FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 44.080 requires the Board of Claims to establish

rules for its government and for the regulation of the method of pleading and

practice before it. The purpose of this administrative regulation is to require

the original signature of a claimant.

 

      Section 1. (1)

All claims filed with the board pursuant to KRS 44.070 et seq., shall contain

the original signature of the claimant whether or not such claimant is

represented by an attorney.

      (2) If the

claimant is represented by an attorney, the claim shall also contain the

original signature of the attorney. (18 Ky.R. 2070; Am. 2773; eff. 3-5-92.)
