Duplicate Registration — $10;
(6) Annual
Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) Fee — Actual Fee;
(7) Fingerprint
and Background Checks — Actual Fee;
(8) Fee for
Change or Addition of Subject Individual — $100;
(9) Fee for
Change of Business Name — $100;
(10) Fee
for Registration History — $40;
(11) Fee
for Late Annual Report — $100.
