(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass at any time without a permit from the chief of the division of wildlife within certain areas of the Mosquito creek wildlife area posted as "State Game Refuge, Trespassing Unlawful", located in portions of Trumbull county within the following boundaries.

Beginning at a point where state route 46 and state route 87 intersects, thence west on state route 87 to state route 45, thence east on state route 45 to Peck Leach road (Twp. 234), thence east on Peck Leach road to Townline road, thence south on Townline road to Mahan Denman road (twp. 240), thence south on Mahan Denman road across Mosquito lake to the intersection of state route 46 and Mahan Denman road, thence north on state route 46 to state route 87 to the point of beginning.

(B) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
