(A) Service of process upon the secretary of state as the agent of a safe at home address confidentiality program participant may be made by delivering to the secretary of state two copies of the process, notice, or demand by United States certified or express mail at the following address:

Attn: Safe at Home -- Service of Process

P.O. Box 16395

Columbus, Ohio 43216"

(B) Service upon a program participant is made when the secretary of state forwards the process, notice, or demand to the program participant, as set forth in division (C)(2) of section 111.43 of the Revised Code.
