Funding calculation for charter schools.









For a charter school, the per-student allocation for student transportation is calculated using the actual allocation for the previous school year for the district in which the charter school is located, divided by the district's prior year's combined student count. This per-student amount is provided to the charter school based on the charter school's current year combined student count. [Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.150.290.
