State Environmental Policy Act—Interface.









The actions and activities of the department of retirement systems are not major actions significantly affecting the quality of the environment as described in chapter 43.21C RCW. All of the activities of the department are exempted from the threshold determination and environmental impact statement requirements of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) by WAC 197-11-875.
The responsible official of the agency for the purposes of SEPA is the director.
