Criteria for determining eligibility for waiver of tuition and fees under RCW 28B.15.740.
Waiver of tuition and services and activities fees under RCW 28B.15.740(1) shall be based upon the determination that the student is a "needy student" under a method of need analysis approved by the United States Department of Education for determining awards for federal student financial aid programs or a method adopted by the state board specifically for the purposes of this section, except as provided in WAC 131-28-045.
