When are public records available for inspection and copying?









(1) Nonexempt public records are generally available for inspection and copying during normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays.
(2) You must make an appointment with the appropriate office before inspecting the records. Appointments are limited to two hours.
