Professional review organizations.









Unless prohibited by federal law, every professional review organization operating within the state of Washington shall report to the board any determinations that an osteopathic physician or osteopathic physician's assistant may have engaged in unprofessional conduct, or by reason of mental or physical impairment may be unable to practice the profession with reasonable skill and safety.
