Criminal Injuries Compensation

SECTION 12-25-31



   § 12-25-31  Severability. –

If any provision to this chapter or its application to any person or

circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other

provisions or applications of this chapter, which can be given effect without

the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of this

chapter are declared to be severable.
