Auditor General

SECTION 22-13-2



   § 22-13-2  Termination of appointment.

–

Failure on the part of the auditor general to perform the mandatory duties

under the direction of the committee shall constitute cause for termination of

appointment. The appointment of the auditor general may be terminated at any

time by a majority vote of the joint committee on legislative services.
