SECTION 28-37-15



   § 28-37-15  Returns and payments by

insurers. –

Every insurer shall, within sixty (60) days of notice, file with the director,

in any form and containing any information that he or she may prescribe, a

return under oath or affirmation signed by a duly authorized officer or agent

of the insurer, and shall at the same time make the payment to the director of

the amount due in accordance with this chapter.
