SECTION 45-44-5



   § 45-44-5  Conditional deed. –

Upon the approval of an applicant, as provided in § 45-44-11, the city or

town shall execute a conditional deed to the assigned parcel to the applicant.

Provided, that if the parcel to be conveyed is unimproved, the city or town may

execute a deed conveying fee simple title to the applicant.
