   § 6-13.2-8  Penalty – Enforcement.

Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined from doing so

by an action brought by the attorney general, or any aggrieved party, and shall

be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) for each

separate advertised infraction.
