SECTION 11-34.1-10

   § 11-34.1-10  Reputation testimony as

evidence. –

In the trial of any person charged with a violation of this chapter, testimony

concerning the reputation of the place where the violation occurred or of

persons who frequent or reside in it shall be admissible in evidence in support

of the charge.
