Approval of Sale Tickets
The sale of tickets to an event is prohibited until there is a current seating plan on file with the Director applicable to the events arena. Any change in the seating plan submitted also shall be filed prior to the sale of any tickets intended for use with the changed arrangement.

Complimentary Tickets and Courtesy Passes
(1) No promoter or employee shall sell complimentary tickets. All promoters shall be held responsible for the actions of their employees in this connection.
(2) A complimentary ticket is a priced flat ticket for which no charge is made. Complimentary tickets shall be overstamped with the wording "Complimentary - Not to be sold" on the printed face of the tickets. The overstamp shall include the stub end of the ticket retained by the ticket holder. The promoter shall retain a clipped end of each complimentary ticket in the box-office.

Admission of Employees, Press, and Superintendent's Representatives
No later than 72 hours prior to the commencement of an approved card, the Director shall provide the promoter with a pass list which shall contain the names of the Superintendent's representatives assigned to perform official duties in connection with the card. The Director shall designate on the pass list those representatives whose duties requires their presence at the apron and no tickets shall be provided to such individuals. Tickets shall be provided by the promoter for representatives of the Superintendent and Commission members who elect to sit elsewhere than at the ring apron.

Printing of Tickets
All tickets shall have the price, the name of the promoter and date of show printed or date stamped plainly thereon.

Color of Tickets
Tickets of different prices shall be printed on different colored ticket stock. If a promoter is using a computerized and bonded ticket service, this requirement may be waived by the Director. Use of passout tickets is permitted for purposes of upgrading tickets only. Any other use of passout tickets is prohibited unless the promoter receives written permission from the Director to use them.

Exchanges
No exchange of tickets shall be made except at the box office, and no ticket shall be redeemed after the show has taken place.

Refunds
Every promoter holding either boxing or wrestling matches shall have printed on the stub of every ticket sold the following advice: "Retain this coupon in event of postponement. Refund $_____". The price paid for the ticket shall be printed in the foregoing blank space, and the coupon detached and returned to the ticket holder at the entrance gate. This coupon check shall also show the name of the promoter and the date of the contest or exhibition, and shall be redeemed at its face value by the promoter upon presentation by the purchaser if the advertised main event is postponed or does not take place as advertised.

Ticket Stubs
Under no circumstances shall a ticket holder be passed through the gate without having the ticket separated from the stub, or be allowed to occupy a seat unless in possession of the ticket stub. The ticket taker at the door shall separate the ticket from the stub and deposit the ticket in the locked ticket box provided by the promoter.

Seats to Correspond with Tickets
Ushers shall see that spectators get the seats corresponding with their ticket stubs, and that anyone occupying such seat unlawfully be asked to vacate, and if necessary be ejected.

Counting Tickets
The Superintendent's Representative shall check numbers and places of locked ticket boxes at gates, and after the show have them opened and tickets counted under the Representative's supervision.

Destruction of Tickets
Tickets and stubs of every description sold or unsold, other than unsold reel tickets, used for any boxing contest or wrestling exhibition shall be removed to the Director's office for audit, if the Director so directs. If the Director does not conduct an audit immediately following the event, the tickets shall be retained by the promoter for a period of at least six months. During the required period of retainage, the promoter shall store the tickets for each show separately and make them available to the Director upon request.
