Refunding Bond Authority

   § 35-8.1-7  Staff – Consultants –

Rules. –

The authority shall be staffed by the office of the general treasurer. The

authority may employ such consultants, as it, in its discretion, deems

necessary. For purposes of this chapter only, the authority may adopt rules

pursuant to chapter 35 of title 42 upon less than twenty (20) days' notice and

it may proceed upon any abbreviated notice and hearing to adopt an emergency

rule if it finds an economic benefit to the state. The rules shall become

effective immediately upon filing with the secretary of state.
