Continuing Care Provider Registration and Disclosure

SECTION 23-59-14



   § 23-59-14  Rules and regulations. –

(a) The department shall have the authority to adopt, amend, or repeal rules

and regulations that are reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the

provisions of this chapter. The department may issue regulations setting forth

those transactions which shall require the payment of fees by a provider and

the fees which shall be charged.



   (b) Any provider may be given a reasonable time, not to

exceed one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of publication of any

applicable rules and regulations or amendments thereto adopted pursuant to this

chapter, within which to comply with the rules and standards.
