SECTION 5-19.1-29



   § 5-19.1-29  Continuity of administration.

–

(a) Any proceeding or other business or matter undertaken or commenced prior to

January 1, 2002, and pending on January 1, 2002, may be conducted and completed

by the director of the department of health, board of pharmacy or by a

subordinate under his or her direction, in the same manner and under the same

terms and conditions with the same effect as though it were undertaken or

commenced or completed prior to January 1, 2002.



   (b) All officers and members of the existing board, their

subordinates and employees, whose functions and duties are preserved by this

chapter shall continue to perform the same function and duties from January 1,

2002, in like manner as though they had been appointed or employed after

January 1, 2002.



   (c) All rules and regulations issued, adapted, modified or

repealed by the board of pharmacy pursuant to any provisions of this chapter

shall remain in effect until subsequent action of the director of health and

the board of pharmacy.
