SECTION 23-3-6



   § 23-3-6  Local registrars. –

The town clerks of the several towns or any person whom the city council of any

city or the town council of any town may appoint for that purpose shall be

known as the local registrar, and he or she shall perform the duties provided

for in § 23-3-7.
