SECTION 41-3.1-7



   § 41-3.1-7  Distribution of funds. –

All money mentioned in this chapter derived from taxes on wagers and

pari-mutuel pools shall be disbursed by the state treasurer pursuant to chapter

4 of this title. Except as is inconsistent therewith, the provisions of

chapters 3 and 4 of this title shall apply to the sport of dog racing.
