Resident protection program—Individual defined.









As used in WAC 388-76-11005 through 388-76-11040, the term "individual" means anyone used by the adult family home to provide services to residents who is alleged to have abandoned, abused, neglected, or financially exploited a resident. "Individual" includes, but is not limited to employees, contractors, and volunteers.
