SECTION 24-10-18



   § 24-10-18  Backing up prohibited. –

Any person who backs up a motor vehicle on a roadway or shoulder of any freeway

within the state, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Violations of this section

are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
