Appointment of presiding officers for all adjudicative proceedings.









The president of Washington State University or his or her designee shall have the power to appoint committees or members of the faculty, staff and student body to be presiding officers for formal and brief adjudicative proceedings. The term "presiding officer" as used in this chapter shall be read in the plural when the context demands.
