   § 42-56.2-9  Acceptance of relinquishment

of federal jurisdiction. –

The governor is authorized, empowered, and may accept on behalf of the state,

relinquishment of federal jurisdiction over any property situated within the

state and subject to the legislative jurisdiction of the United States

government.
