Construction and Maintenance of State Roads

SECTION 24-8-1.6



   § 24-8-1.6  Review. –

The initial review of the functional classification system for jurisdictional

purposes shall be completed by May 15, 1988. A review of this functional

classification system shall take place every ten (10) years. The review shall

come under the supervision and authority of the state planning council. Any

amendment made to the functional classification system within the ten (10) year

period, shall not change the jurisdictional responsibilities for maintenance of

those roads affected by the modification.
