SECTION .0200 ‑ GENERAL HOUSING TRUST FUND PROGRAM

REQUIREMENTS

 

24 NCAC 01M .0201         PURPOSE

The purpose of the Trust Fund is to provide funding to

encourage the production and rehabilitation of energy efficient housing for

very low‑, low‑ and moderate‑income households.  The Trust

Fund will be used both to leverage other investments for new housing production

or comprehensive housing rehabilitation projects, and independently for energy

conservation improvements.
