Who will approve or deny a request for residence modification?









The department will pay the benefit only with the approval of the supervisor of industrial insurance. A self-insured employer may pay the benefit without the supervisor's approval, but may not deny the benefit. The supervisor of industrial insurance alone has the authority to deny a residence modification benefit.
