Salaries and Traveling Expenses

SECTION 36-6-4



   § 36-6-4  Subordinates in state agencies.

–

The director of a department or the head of any other agency of the state shall

appoint such assistants and other subordinates as he or she may deem necessary

within the amounts appropriated therefor and shall fix their respective

salaries.
