Storm Emergency Account

SECTION 24-9-4



   § 24-9-4  Payments from emergency account.

All obligations and expenses incurred by the director in the exercise of the

powers and duties vested in the director by the foregoing provisions of this

chapter shall be paid by the general treasurer out of available funds in the

storm emergency account; and the state controller is hereby authorized and

directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment

of the sum, or so much thereof as may be required, upon receipt by the state

controller of proper vouchers duly approved by the director of transportation.
