§

1015. Designation of managerial, supervisory and confidential employees

The employer

shall determine the designation of employees as managerial, supervisory or

confidential. Any disputes arising from this determination shall be resolved by

the board. (Added 1997, No. 92 (Adj. Sess.), § 9.)
