What happens if an employee requests to use his/her personal holiday in accordance with the employer's leave procedures and the employer denies the request?









If before the end of the calendar year the employee requests the use of his/her personal holiday in accordance with the employer's leave procedures and the employer denies the request, the employee is entitled to carry over the personal holiday to the next calendar year.
