SECTION .0700 ‑ SPORTS AND GAMES

 

15A NCAC 12B .0701       SPORTS AND GAMES:  WHEN PERMITTED

(a)  Athletic contests, sports and games are allowed in

designated areas or by special activity permit, as provided by Rule .0104 of

this Subchapter.

(b)  The use of skate boards, roller blades, roller skates

and similar devices are prohibited on park roads, sidewalks, and pedestrian

areas and on park infrastructure to include walls, railings and culverts.
