Application requests for escorted leave.









The superintendent of each institution shall establish procedures governing the method of handling requests by individual inmates or the institution for an escorted leave of absence. Each leave request will be evaluated within forty-eight hours. If the leave request is initiated by the institution, the superintendent will advise the inmate of the reason for the escorted leave, including leaves for family emergency or medical requirement.
