§

2202. Creation of agency

(a) An agency of

administration is created. The agency shall consist of the following:

(1) The

department of finance and management;

(2) The

department of human resources;

(3) The

department of buildings and general services;

(4) The

department of libraries;

(5) The

department of taxes;

(6) The

department of information and innovation.

(b) The

following units are attached to the agency for the purpose of receiving

administrative support:

(1) Connecticut

River flood control commission;

(2) Supervisors
