SECTION .0700 ‑ ASSESSMENTS AGAINST LANDS OWNED BY THE

STATE

 

01 NCAC 06B .0701          LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS BY MUNICIPALITIES

OR COUNTIES

Any municipality or county proposing to make local

improvements that will benefit lands owned by the State of North Carolina or

any board, agency, commission, or institution thereof, may request the

Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Administration to consent to

special assessments against the property.  All such requests will be in letter

form and addressed to the Director, Division of State Property, North Carolina

Department of Administration, 116 West Jones Street, Raleigh, North Carolina  27611.
