Energy conservation report contracts.

Contracts between the school district and the energy conservation consultant, if not included in the architect-engineer contract for professional services, shall stipulate the amount of fee and the consultant's duties, i.e., scope of work, to be performed as required by chapter 392-343 WAC set forth.
