Section .0600 – License Eligibility

 

15A NCAC 10G .0601       TOTALLY DISABLED LICENSE ELIGIBILiTY

The Wildlife Resources Commission shall accept documentation

from individual residents who are certified as totally and permanently disabled

by the Social Security Administration, Civil Service Retirement System,

Railroad Retirement Board, or the North Carolina State Retirement System for

the purpose of obtaining a lifetime totally disabled hunting and fishing

license as described in G.S. 113-270.1C, 113-270.1D, 113-271, and 113-351.
