SECTION 28-27-17



   § 28-27-17  Test fees – License fees

– Expiration and renewal of licenses. –

(a) All licenses issued to the pipefitters/refrigeration technicians and fire

protection sprinkler contractor/sprinkler fitters and sheet metal contractor or

journeyperson sheet metal worker detailed in this section shall be paid for as

follows:

   (b) Apprenticeship renewal fees shall be paid on an annual

basis.



   (c) Every license issued by the division of professional

regulation to license holders born in odd years shall expire on the birthday of

the individual qualifying for the license in odd years and all licenses issued

by the division of professional regulation to license holders born in even

years shall expire on the birthday of the individual qualifying for the license

in even years and all licenses may be renewed on or before their expiration

date, upon payment of the appropriate fee. If any credit is due in the initial

changeover year the amount of credit is determined by the chief administrator

of the division.
