§

1031. Freedom of expression

The expression

of any views, argument or opinion, or the dissemination of such an expression,

in any form, shall not constitute or be evidence of an unfair labor practice

under this chapter, provided the expression contains no threat of reprisal or

force or promise of benefit. (Added 1997, No. 92 (Adj. Sess.), § 9.)
