SECTION 23-65-13



   § 23-65-13  Penalty for violation. –

Any person who shall be found guilty of violation of any of the provisions of

this chapter or any rules and regulations adopted under this chapter shall be

punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by

imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both by fine or

imprisonment, and every person shall be deemed guilty of a separate and

distinct offense for each day during which the violation is repeated or

continued.
