Access to Public Records

SECTION 38-2-12



   § 38-2-12  Severability. –

If any provision of this chapter is held unconstitutional, the decision shall

not affect the validity of the remainder of this chapter. If the application of

this chapter to a particular record is held invalid, the decision shall not

affect other applications of this chapter.
