   § 9-3-3  Enforcement of attorney's lien.

Any lien created by the provisions of §§ 9-3-1 and 9-3-2 may, at the

election of the attorney, be established, foreclosed, and enforced by a civil

action, which action may be tried and determined according to the usages in

chancery and the principles of equity.
