SECTION 40.1-2-2



   § 40.1-2-2  Rules and regulations. –

The department shall adopt, amend, promulgate, and enforce such rules and

regulations as are deemed necessary to accomplish the purposes of §§

40.1-2-1 – 40.1-2-5; provided, however, that all such rules and

regulations shall be consistent with all applicable state and federal statutes

and regulations governing third-party programs.
