SECTION .0300 - RULE-MAKING

 

 

21 NCAC 57C .0301          WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS

Any person may file a written submission containing data,

comments or arguments after publication of a rule-making notice and prior to

the decision of the Board to adopt, amend or repeal the rule or rules in

question.  Written submissions shall be addressed to the Board and shall

clearly state the rule or proposed rule to which the comments are directed.
