SECTION 16-24-7



   § 16-24-7  "Mentally retarded minors"

defined. –

The term "mentally retarded minors" means all children between the age of three

(3) and twenty-one (21) who because of retarded intellectual development, as

determined by an individual multidisciplinary evaluation, require specialized

instruction appropriate to their individual capacity.
