14B NCAC 18B .0601       Statewide AUTOMATED FINGERPRINT

IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

(a)  Agencies which meet the requirements of 14B NCAC 18A .0201(a)

may access the North Carolina Statewide Automated Fingerprint Identification

System for criminal justice purposes.

(b)  The acronym used for the Statewide Automated

Fingerprint Identification System shall be SAFIS.
