SECTION 16-32-11



   § 16-32-11  Power to guarantee loans.

–

The board of governors for higher education is authorized and empowered to

carry out the provisions of §§ 16-32-12 through 16-32-14 in regard to

the guaranty of loans made to societies and students at the university.
