   § 5-15-4  Contents of application –

Records of licenses. –

All applications for license shall be sworn to, shall disclose the names and

residences of the owners or parties in whose interest the business is

conducted, and shall be kept on file by the general treasurer; and a record

shall be kept by him or her of all licenses issued upon those applications. All

files and records, both of the general treasurer and of the town or city

clerks, shall be in convenient form and open for public inspection.
